It follows the way the GANSTA. world works, and also has some small additions to make things interesting. It is a moderately strict role-playing site, requesting you do 200 words a post minimum, and make your character work to earn your keep. Stagnant Angels includes ranking systems based on power and organization rankings, some custom weapon creation, a stat system, an experience system, and a shopping system along with currency.
